A UN Commission of Inquiry, as of September 2025, has explicitly concluded that genocide occurred. Many other human-rights organizations have come to the same conclusion. I think I will stand by expert opinions. My mind was changed when it was reported and confirmed that Israeli forces were placing bait devices that explicitly targeted children -- these devices were made from toys or created to be mistaken for toys specifically so that children would pick them up, and then the devices would explode. That is definitely genocidal.
